TIDE
TIDE, ‘together in dementia everyday’, is a UK wide involvement network of carers, former carers and health and care professionals who are working together to build a better future for carers of people living with dementia. They offer carers opportunities to use their individual and collective experiences of caring to influence policy and practice.
THE LEWY BODY SOCIETY
The Lewy Body Society funds research and raises awareness of Lewy body dementia. DLB is the second most common type of neurodegenerative dementia in older people after Alzheimer’s. They also provide a community focus for those who live with dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) along with their carers and families.

CHARLES BONNET SYNDROME – ESME’S UMBRELLA
Charles Bonnet Syndrome is a condition that causes a person whose vision has started to deteriorate to see things that aren’t real (hallucinations). The hallucinations may be simple patterns, or detailed images of events, people or places. They’re only visual and don’t involve hearing things or any other sensations.
