Dementia Friendly Strategy for Knowsley

Knowsley Council is working with partners, businesses, and the local community to develop a strategy to make Knowsley a dementia friendly borough. They want to find out how people living with dementia are supported in Knowsley, what facilities or services they use, what helps them and what difficulties they experience. They would also like you to tell them what makes Knowsley a good place to live for people with dementia.

If you are a Knowsley resident living with dementia or a friend/family member/carer supporting someone living with dementia please spare a few minutes to take part in the survey which will help shape the future of dementia services in Knowsley and form part of the dementia friendly strategy for the borough.
